• When you book with Rent Nice Car, the car you reserve from our inventory is the car you get based on availability. No surprises or disappointments!
• Once you verify your profile, through one of our partnered on-line platforms, you simply upload a photo of your driver's license (which is only done one time upon opening an account for the first time)

•  After booking your car, you'll be ready to start the check-in process.
• You will receive an e-mail link enabling you to locate and unlock the car or even request to honk the horn to locate it all in one tap.
• The keys are located in the glove box of each vehicle. No more meeting up with or dealing with anyone!
• Rent Nice Car provides 24/7 contactless pick-up and drop-off. So, in the event that your flight lands at 2:00 a.m., and you have already booked and reserved your car, your car

will be there waiting for you without any delays.

• By booking, hassle-free with Rent Nice Car you'll save both time and money.
• If you book a car from the airport rental agency, you'll be charged excessive fees, for example:

1.  Airport Concession Fees $130.29 ($97.98 + $32.31)
2.  Customer Facility Fee $ 10.88
3. CA Tourism Commission Assessment $ 2.45
4. Plus additional miscellaneous charges

• Rent Nice Car does not charge you any of those fees!
• Rent Nice Car also offers FasTrak if you need/want to use the toll roads while in California. We simply bill you after your trip ends.    

AFTER YOUR TRIP - RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE

Rent Nice Car has a cleaning fee, which is billed following the return of your vehicle. However, you can AVOID paying the cleaning fee by taking the vehicle for a complimentary

car wash, as we have partnered with Prime Wash Express, https://www.primewashexpress.com, to

enable our customers a free car wash at any of their locations. (All locations are listed in the car wash flyer located in the glove box of your vehicle) To utilize your complimentary car wash, you simply drive up and enter the car wash.  

(Only applies at the Ontario location)

• Once your trip is over, return the vehicle to the same location that you picked up the vehicle.
• Use the Rent Nice Car app to check out and take and submit photos, including dashboard and mileage.
• You'll then leave the keys inside the glove box and lock the car with your phone.
• The rental price will automatically adjust in the event you have driven farther than expected or didn't refill the fuel tank. More details are available upon booking your

reservation.
